Report Card: Sleep, Food, Water, Exercise [May]

There is a lockdown in Bangalore, so I came to Delhi to stay with my parents.
Sleep: Score (2.5 / 5)
(Score last month: 3/5)
I am still finding it hard to have stable sleep schedules. I started with a new rule of waking up early, so I am not having full 8 hour sleep at night, which I compensate with naps during the day.
What can I improve?
IDK, will keep going at it and see.
Food: Score (4.5 / 5)

Home is amazing for food 😄, tasty food. Lots of veggies and fruits, and almost zero junk.
Water: Score (2 / 5)

Water score is more or less the same.
Exercise: (3 / 5)

I don’t have access to weight lifting equipments in Delhi, so I am doing some body weight HIIT. It doesn’t give the same kick as weight lifting, but it sorta kinda work. The quality of my exercise has definitly deteriorated, but I feel I was too harsh on myself by giving only 3/5 last time, so not reducing the score.
Overall: 12/20, same as last month. Sleep and exercise have slightly deteriorated, food has improved. Water is same.
