I ditched the rule of waking up early in the morning. It wasn’t working out for me. I don’t have a fixed time at which I sleep. I sleep for 6-8 hours in night, and take a hour or two of nap in the day, depending on how I feel. I don’t feel sleep deprived, that’s very important.

What can I improve?

From a week or so I am trying to do lil bit of meditation before sleep, apparently it helps with sleep.

Food: Score (3.5 / 5)

Same as last month, amazing home cooked food. Though I am taking a lottt of sugar as well 🙈. That is something I can improve.

Water: Score (2.5 / 5)

It has got hotter here in Delhi, so I am feeling more thirsty more often, hence I am drinking more water as well. My mom also prepares lot of juices as well, so I would say things have improved, slightly.

Exercise: (3 / 5)

I am continuing with lil bit of streching in the morning and 3-4 times HIIT workout in the evening. Though things are more or less the same here.
