Sleep is same, I am sleeping fine, though I am sleeping pretty late these days, not sure if I want to change that.

Same as last month, amazing home cooked food 🤘🏻.

Same as last month, water score is fine. I guess I can always drink more water, but chill.

Exercise: (3.5 / 5)

Along with HIIT, I have started jogging 2-3 times a week. Liking it so far.
