Follow up on Sleep: Score (2 / 5) (Score last month: 3/5) My sleep has definitely detoriated. Earlier I was able to sleep within minutes to lying on the bed, not it takes much much longer. The amount of sleep is fine fortunately, I consistently sleep for 8 hours. I guess the trouble with falling asleep is related to reduced exercise.
