My sleep has definitely detoriated. Earlier I was able to sleep within minutes to lying on the bed, not it takes much much longer. The amount of sleep is fine fortunately, I consistently sleep for 8 hours. I guess the trouble with falling asleep is related to reduced exercise.
Food:

Water:

Same as last month, water score is fine. I guess I can always drink more water, but chill.
Exercise:

I am doing some HIIT running alternate day, with few chin-ups sometimes. Though I guess both the volume and intensity is not enough, I can feel it in my body. Was thinking of restarting gym, but maintain consistent access to Gym is hard because I end travelling often. Plan to start with the Integral Strength program by GMB from next week.
